The Rapid Relief Team have their upcoming Farmers Community Connect event in Tapawera, on Thursday 28th August 2025 from 8am – 12pm. This event is to support flood affected farmers in the Tasman region, with donations of fencing materials. At the Tapawera event, farmers will have access to:
- Donated fencing packs including posts and wire
- RRT’s FREE BBQ breakfast and lunch
- Barista coffee
- Local support services including health services, farm management advisory and veterinary support
- Opportunity to connect with their local community
