Upper Moutere School native plant potting up event

Community nurseries in Motueka and Moutere catchments have been growing first colonising native seedlings for potting up and growing on for their catchment groups.
This is the time of year some of the community nurseries need a little help to finish potting up seedlings to fill their nurseries.

At this event you will pot up seedlings into root trainers with students and parents to fill the nursery and these plants will be planted out by students in the Moutere catchment when they’re big enough. Morning tea provided.

Please bring empty root trainers if you have them.

Please note that there are two time slots – 9.30 – 11am and 11.30 – 1pm.
